This plan was developed through a grant-funded project by the Rhode Island Department of Administration - Division of Statewide Planning. It is a doable wish-list, but there is not yet an implmentation plan. The city would need to apply for more grants to make this a reality.
Right now what we can do is advocate for it to be adopted and implemented.
